So as you can see, my new fandom is the last airbender. So if anyone wants to see anything special, i can draw it for you. I like new ideas especially cuz i'm going on vacation in a week and need thangs to do on the five hour plane ride. Also, thanks for all the views and fave of yin yang, if we get 9 more faves, we can beat that old teen titans pic with all the comments. So, to wrap up, thanks for all the support and suggestions are welcome.

So I finally saw it today, and let me just say that I haven't ever been this excited about a movie ever. Unfortunatly, it was not as good as I would have hoped and I normally don't dislike movies. And as if I weren't depressed enough! I was so excited about this and spent the last two months watching ever avatar ever! And now I'm like...now what? I wanted to like it, and it had some good parts, like the special effects and I liked Aang (even though they say his name weird) and Yue. Plus the blue spirit part was perfect. And Appa was freaking epic. Zuko was, okay. And I just like Sokka and Jackson Rathbone so I can't complain there. I just, wasn't right. It would have been so hard to follow the story without my backround knowledge, too much stuff to take in in two hours. And nothing was as climactic as it should have been. Especially Yue dying and they didn't emphasize how much Sokka cared for her. The problem was that the last three episodes of season 1 are enough to make a movie, but he M. Night had to put together like 20 episodes. Also THEY CUT SUKI! Shes one of my favorites and like a big part of season 3. I saw the girl they cast for her and the awesome costumes they had, they filmed all the scenes and just cut them! God I hope they introduce her in the next movie because now Sokka is without a love intrest. I was okay with them cutting Jet and changing Haru, but cutting Suki was not okay. One more thing that upset me, is that FIREBENDERS CAN'T MAKE FIRE they only control it except uncle Iroh until Sozins Coment comes which is 3 years from now instead of 1. But overall the movie just seemed...messy. Messy is the best word I can use, both in plotline, sets, and general ideas.

Alot of people said this ruined Avatar for them, not me though, it just makes me appreciate the animated series more and hope that the next movie will be better (cause Toph rocks my socks!

BTW, did you know their making a new avatar series on Nick called Avatar: The Ledgend of Korra, presumably about the water tribe Avatar after Aang, since it takes place 100 years in the future from ATLA. I hope it's good I heard its from the same creators, so it should be, I just hope it's not a repeat of Aangs adventures. Also how will she get an Airbending master, aren't they all like, dead?

Sorry about all that venting about the messy movie, it's just I'm not tired and I feel so depressed latley. I've got more super exciting drawings coming, so...yay!

So, because I'm an idiot I ended up breaking my finger on my right hand during softball, which is just fantastic because summer league just started. Today I realized that not only am I out of softball for three weeks, just I'm out of drawing for three weeks. I would take the splint off, but my finger kinda looks like a grape, and that scares me. This really sucks cause I was halfway though that Four Benders project and I wanted to finish before the movie came out. It's super upsetting because I was halfway done with lining one of them and i hate to leave things like that unfinished.
So, unrelated. Sorry I'm not doing all South Park and Teen Titans fanart. In all honesty, I haven't watched Teen Titans in a while and South Park is boring since I've seen every episode. But I'll still draw some from that. But, latley I'm into Avatar. Maybe it's cause the movie is coming out or maybe its cause NickToons is in the "Avatar State". So, yeah. It's weird how many things I want to draw now that I can't.
Also, I really want to do some stuff thats not fan art, but it seems like I don't get any response to that. Imma wait till I get more watchers and faves. Then you all can embrace the real Katie, broken finger and all.
